Mac Uncheddar Bites

Adapted from a recipe by Carol Kicinski

Ingredients:
Gluten free, non-stick cooking spray
1 Box of 5 oz Pastariso Vegan Dairy Free Mac Uncheddar
1/4 Cup of non-dairy milk substitute
2 Tablespoons of vegan margarine
2 Tablespoons gluten free panko style bread crumbs
6 Cups of water
Topping Sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray 24 mini muffin tins well with gluten free non-stick
cooking spray.

Cook the Pastariso Mac Uncheddar according to the directions
on package.

Spoon rounded tablespoons of the Mac Uncheddar mixture into the
prepared muffin tins, gently pressing down with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle a pinch of the bread crumb mixture on top of each Mac
Uncheddar bite and bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until the bites are
golden brown and sizzling. Let cool for 5 minutes, then run a knife
around each bite and remove from the pans.

Serve alone or with preferred topping sauce. .
